Was a good day in the studios separated by miles but not by emotion. Both working on new materials.
What a beautiful day under a radiant sun, everything glowin & shimmerin out here in Essex. I stuck the
K7 Athens album in the stereo & drove the back roads till it got dark lovin the Softmachine vibes a lot.

Friday 23rd October
Hello at last the diary was late because I was having such a great time I forgot. My apologies to the
web family it was such a beautiful morning I took the camera for a walk & talked to the sun. Later, much later in the middle of recording & wasn't about to stop to rattle on about me to you. It's great not doing the daily diary. It's one less blob of information cloggin up the world & somethin to inspire the moaners. Why have Facebook shut us out & why wont they answer our mails? Hey look it's a beautiful day!

Sculpture-by-night. Cliff Yates book of poems under the right hand next to a Flamenco Guitar we
bought in Dublin (!?) Listening to Rodrigo's Concerto de Aranjuez. Just got Nina Nastasia's new album
pre-release, can't wait to get it on the stereo & sail on the sweet tones. She's still my favourite lyricist.
Glad to hear she's being noticed by other bands & hope this means she'll get her rightful place on radio.
