How do I access my purchased digital products?

   You need to log-in to underworldlive.com by clicking here and entering your details as registered with us. Once logged-in, you will be directed to a page from which you can download your purchased digital products (hint: look for the list on the right of the page).

   If you have purchased digital products from underworldlive.com and you now can't see them on your user page, please be sure you don't have more than one account or email address registered with us. Is it possible you registered another email address with us? For help on lost email addresses, try clicking here.

   If all else fails, please click here to email us. Please include your full name in the Subject of your email and your registered email address(es) and details of products purchased in the Body of your email. Our support resources are limited, so please be patient.
