Why can't I log-in?

   There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to log-in. Here are some:

   1. If you have recently registered with underworldlive.com, you need to be sure that you have activated your account by clicking through the activation email sent to your registered email address. You will not be able to log-in until you have activated your account in this way.

   2. You may be entering an incorrect password. Please have a password reminder sent to your registered email address by clicking here and submitting your email address. If your email address exists in our system, we will then email you a password reminder.

   3. You may be trying to log-in with the wrong email address. Is it possible you registered with another email address?

   If all else fails, please click here to email us. Please include in your full name in the Subject of your email and any possible email addresses you may have registered with us in the Body of your email, and we'll check our database. Our support resources are limited, so please be patient.
