Returns Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of a return and a further 14 days to ship the item back to us.

Condition: Archive items have been stored for up to five years. While we quality-check every piece, they are sold 'as described.' Please ensure you review all product imagery and descriptions before purchase.

Faulty Items: If an item is significantly damaged or defective beyond the description provided, please contact us at [email protected] with photos so we can resolve this for you immediately.

Exchanges: Due to the extremely limited nature of the Archive Capsule, we are unable to offer size exchanges. Where available, we recommend checking the size guide carefully before ordering.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
